Bilingual Sales Specialist and Patient Care Coordinator for Cosmetic Surgery Practice – Bellevue, WA

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, outgoing, and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our fast paced, prominent cosmetic surgery practice to assist in the patient acquisition process and strengthen the patient experience.

The focus of this position is cosmetic surgery sales, offering superior patient care and coordination, contact and financial management, and scheduling. Our ideal candidate must possess exceptional people skills, be technologically savvy, and a self-starter with a passion to excel.

Job Responsibilities:

The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for speaking with all new patients on the phone, explaining procedures, answering questions, providing guidance, acting as liaison between our surgeon and our patients, quoting procedure fees, scheduling surgery, promoting surgical results, reviewing pre- and post-operative instructions, collecting fees, customizing the care plans for each patient, managing the consultation process, paying close attention to the details of the entire patient experience, participating in practice marketing, and bonding and “hand holding” of patients through their surgical decision process.

This position is a customer service role, as well as a patient support role for all new and existing patients in the practice and the ideal candidate must thrive in a service environment. Must have a professional presentation that is representative of our upscale practice, be highly motivated and work well individually as well as in a team environment.

This position will need to develop a strong understanding of our non-surgical and surgical offerings to expertly explain to patients. This education will be provided over the first coming months of training.

Multi-tasking with exceptional computer skills is key. We utilize NexTech electronic health records and keep very detailed financial and marketing benchmarks which are vital to this role.

Experience and Requirements:

  • Associate degree or some college education preferred, not required
  • Proven record of excellence in customer service and sales
  • We will consider experience in customer service, hospitality, and retail sales industry
  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills over the telephone, in written communication, and in-person
  • Ability to effectively sustain multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service

Required Skills:

  • Photography knowledge

  • Technologically savvy
  • Cosmetic surgery background
  • Familiarity with NexTech and/or other electronic health records systems
