Dr. Sobel is amazing to work with! I'm an extremely fit person, but no matter what I did, diet or exercise-wise, I still had stubborn fat in my inner and out thighs and under my glutes that wouldn't go away and had me battling disordered eating because of it. Now, I feel 100% confident with how I look and have a much healthier relationship with food and exercise. 🙏
