This patient requested breast enlargement to help enhance her proportions and make her feel more feminine. She desired more upper pole fullness in her breasts and was able to achieve this with a breast augmentation. Dr. Sobel placed silicone implants though transaxillary incisions and her breast size went from a small B cup to a full C cup. The patient loves to travel and is very happy about the way she looks and feels in swimwear.
